This adorable bag is made from an  Louis Vuitton Monogram Bucket Pouch.  It's been thoroughly cleaned and is ready for a new owner!!

This bag is in GREAT shape, so I added some black leather braiding to the top to give it some flair. The inside Vuittonite was sticky, so I've scrubbed it out, leaving a soft flannel interior. The leather pull at the end was missing, so I've added a gold zipper stopper.  I've also re-edge coated the ends in black to match the top braiding.  

This little Junco measures is L 6.7 x W 3.9 x D 0.75" and is perfect for throwing a few essentials into (cards, lipstick, mirror) ... throw it in a larger bag, or carry it into the bar to give your outfit a fun flair!!

About Vuittonite:  Prior to 1997, Louis Vuitton lined many of its bags with a vinyl-like material known as Vuittonite. It was used (and patented) by Louis Vuitton because its resistance to water makes it easy to clean. Unfortunately, when exposed to high heat or humidity, Vuittonite begins to deteriorate and peel away from the edges of the bag. Over time, it becomes increasingly sticky, forming a residue (which, in extreme cases, is black in color) that transfers to anything placed inside the bag. If your Vuittonite is starting to get sticky, try putting some talcum powder inside, lightly coating it.  It works!!!
